Riggan Law Firm Files Class Action Overtime Lawsuit Against St. Louis-based Natoli Engineering Company

On September 19, 2011, Riggan Law Firm, LLC, a St. Louis overtime law firm, working in connection with Sowers & Wolf, LLC, filed a class action lawsuit against Natoli Engineering Company, which is a St. Louis-based company that manufactures and sells tablet compression products and services to pharmaceutical, nutritional, confectionary, industries and veterinary industries. The lawsuit alleges violations of state and federal law for Natoli’s failure to pay its Customer Service Representatives overtime. Any person who performed customer service or order entry functions for Natoli Engineering Company at any time since September 19, 2008 may be entitled to unpaid overtime compensation.
